Edohana Hibachi & Sushi: Savor Authentic Japanese Cuisine in Rockwall

Ding. Ding. Ding. Ding. Ding-a-ling,a-ding, a-ling-a! That is the joyful song I heard from the moment I stepped in through the doorframe. I immediately felt at home. If Ding-a-ling would describe my home, that would be a 10/10. We immediately got seated next to a LOVELY family whose baby was eating 5 yogurt pouches the whole time. (It was cotton candy flavored) It smelt like freshly popped popcorn and freshly cooked chicken. Once we got seated, we were offered a complimentary beverage of our choice (except that if you choose anything other than water, they charge you extra) and was treated like an absolute KING. Everyone was attentive and ready to listen, as if they had been preparing their lives for this EXACT moment. When Song (our master chef) had started the fire, I felt something uneasy in my stomach. I went to the bathroom and it looked…okay. There could have been some remodeling, especially the stalls. There was only two, and I heard a grunt from a person waiting on me. When I stepped out, the lady looked at me like I was a rock, she was upset that I took too long. Therefore they should have more stalls available. Anyway, we finished our food and both of my kids LOVED their shrimp. I mean, if you have ever seen our reviews, my kids LOVE shrimp, and this was one of their favorite. They described it as mouthwatering, crisp, squishy, warm, and luscious to the mouth, that goes down your esophagus REAL quick based on how amazing it truly was. All in all, WOULD RECOMMEND!!!

The food was amazing! The rice was so good especially with the yum yum sauce! The meat was really good! The shrimp and zucchini were good too! The sake was stout but good! Service was outstanding! It is reasonable priced.

Great experience all around. We had a birthday and went with 12 friends for dinner on a Friday night. Had a reservation and we got seated right away and the place was packed with people waiting outside. Best tasting hibachi food in Ft. Worth. Sushi is fresh and excellent. And wow, the chef’s entertainment is Gold Button level. Truly hilarious (one of the chefs lit his paper hat on fire!) Great place for a large group or just two for great food. Prices were $20 - $33 from chicken to Filet minion or shrimp and scallops. Trust me and give endohana a try. Ask for Lama, the manager for special requests.

I’ve eaten here over 10 times. One of my favorite hibachi spots. Good food always fresh. They do apply an automatic tip if you have more than 6 people. But most restaurants nowadays do. I will continue to visit this location because of the quality and rate of the food.

I ended up really liking this place! They have a large menu, but I only got to try the sushi this time. I went a little out there and ordered some rolls along with some sashimi. I was expecting a few slices of fish on a plate, but they really go all out on their sashimi!! The salmon was a little large, but it was so tender, it melted in our mouths. There was a sauce on the spicy tuna that I couldn't place, but it was absolutely delicious. The service is quick and friendly. I'll definitely come back and try the hibachi side.

Great restaurant, the food and energy did not disappoint. Our table was great, the service was great and the food was plentiful and yummy. I highly recommend this location for dinner or any occasion. Even the kids' portion was large, which we took home. They even made side noodles for us to take home as requested. The price is the same as you would find at these types of restaurants, which is good when it all goes as well as our experience.

Food is Great, ordered online and not only did it tastes great so was the presentation. Very flavorful and Ramen was still nice and hot. I look forward to ordering more in the future. I had the Geisha roll, monkey brain, and the Ramen soup. They did not disappoint. I only wish I took photos to back my claim.

We loved this place!! We had delicious fresh sushi & ate hibachi. Chicken and steak and they were both amazing! We loved the entertainment our chef brought as well. He was very funny and made dinner fun! We would highly recommend checking this place out.
